Girl’s short-sleeved summer shirt

This absolutely beautiful cotton lawn print made the trek to Shepherd’s Bush worthwhile. Finding it in a pile of off-cuts in one of the fabric shops on Goldhawk Road meant it was discounted, the only downside was there was only a small piece left.

I didn’t use a pattern for this shirt but used the shape of one of H’s old (and felt-tipped stained) school summer dress as a guide. The little flower buttons were recycled from the same dress.
