Hemlock tee variation #1

Hemlock Tee with waistband and cuffs

One of my first projects on my lovely new overlocker. I used the free Hemlock Tee pattern and tutorial from Grainline Studios and some fine/sheer jersey in lemon yellow. It’s a really simple pattern, and satisfyingly quick, but once I’d made up the basic shape I decided that either because of the fabric or the fit of the garment on me, I wanted to add a bit more structure so cut a waistband and cuffs to give it a sweatshirt shape. This had the added bonus of not having to tackle hems on lightweight jersey which I yet to get to a finish I’m happy with.
